Connect to Your Red Paladin VDI from an Android, iPhone, or iPad Device Using Wyse PocketCloud

	Back to Main FAQ –>
	1. Download “Wyse PocketCloud” application from respective App Market
	2. Open the Wyse application and tap the “+” sign in the upper right-hand to bring up the “New Computer” dialog screen.
	(If prompted for “Type of Connection”, choose “VMware View”)
	3. Enter the following connection settings
	a. VMware View – “On”
	b. SSL Connection – “On”
	c. Nickname – “RP VDI Desktop”
	d. View Server – “[domain: provided in provisioning email]”
	e. Username – [your username]
	f. Password – [your password]
	g. VMware Domain – Click and select “[domain: provided in provisioning email]”
	h. VMware Desktop – Click and select “RP VDI Desktop”
	i. Resolution – -For iPad 768×1024 (recommended) -For iPhone and Droid: 800 x 1148 (recommended)
	j. Port – “443”
	4. Click “Save”
	5. To connect, choose “RP VDI Desktop” from My Computers screen.
