| 1. Download and install the latest RDC (Remote Desktop Connection) client for Mac OSX found here | ||
| 2. Download and install the VMware View Open Client for Mac OSX found here | ||
| 3. Open the VMware View Open Client and enter “[domain: provided in provisioning email]” under the Address box. | ||
| 4. Ensure “Use secure connection (SSL)” is checked and click “Continue” | ||
| 5. Enter in the RP VDI Desktop credentials:
• Username – [your username] • Password – [your password] • Domain – Select [your broker's domain] from the drop-down list. |

| 7. Choose “ RP VDI Desktop” to launch |
